Production Supervisor

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years experience in process or power plants

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for process and power plant solutions.
• Develop detailed designs and engineering specifications for process and power plants, including equipment selection, layout, and integration of various components.
• Develop cost estimates, project budgets, and financial analyses for process and power plant projects, considering factors such as equipment costs, installation, operating expenses, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement and project , to develop comprehensive proposals and bid packages that meet client requirements and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 – RM6,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• sales of plant, process, equipment: 5 years (Required)
