Cost Estimator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in cost estimation, preferably in pressure vessels, piping processes, tankage, design & build, EPCC projects, engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Interpersonal, able to communicate effectively at all level; and a good team player
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to interpret data and make accurate estimates.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and find cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotation/ bid proposals according to requirements and specifications, ensuring all scope are covered, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Tender and contract documents administration, prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, QC and customer to ensure completion of job.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies that may affect cost estimates.

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,000.00 per month
